No. Most customers aren't. Just leave side gates unlocked and let us know about any pets, gate codes or locked areas when you book.

Small is up to 100 m², like a townhouse courtyard or a small front yard. Medium is 100–250 m², a typical suburban front and back. Large is 250–500 m², a big backyard or corner block. Extra large is 500–800 m². If you pick the wrong size, we'll tell you before we start and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Mowing front and back, edging along paths and garden beds, whipper-snipping around fences and trees, and blowing paths and driveways clean. Clippings are mulched back into the lawn, which is good for it, or we can take them away for a small fee.

After you book a mow, you can choose to have us back every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks and save up to 20%. You can also ask us any time later. After each visit we schedule the next one automatically and send you a reminder. Pause, skip or cancel any time. There's no contract.

We don't mow waterlogged lawns because it damages the grass. If the weather's bad we'll text you and move the visit to the next suitable day.

If the grass is long or overgrown, the first cut takes a lot longer. You choose the lawn condition when you book so the price is clear upfront. After that, regular visits are the normal price.

After each visit, by card, tap or PayID. There's nothing to pay when you book.

Yes. Mowing Hero holds public liability insurance, and a certificate is available to property managers and strata on request.
